NMIH Media Policy
As an institution with significant artifacts and archives of the nation’s industrial history, NMIH is excited about your interest in learning more about the workers and industries that the shaped the country.  We’re happy to arrange interviews, assist in research, provide photographs, and any other information you may need to help with your news piece.  Advanced arrangements must be  made with the museum’s Director of Marketing and Public Relations prior to interviewing guides, researchers, volunteers or other museum personnel.  We ask this so our staff and volunteer corps can focus on providing the best possible experience for our visitors.

Though we strive to accommodate all requests in a timely manner, please note that we may not be able to accommodate members of the media without prior communication. All reporters, photographers, videographers, and freelance writers on assignment are requested to check in at an Information Desk upon arrival.
